What is the testing guarantee?

في ميسيو بنقدملك ضمان تطابق مية في المية. مع كل زجاجة عطر بيجيلك عينة تجربة منفصلة تقدر تجربها في البيت قبل ما تفتح العبوة الأساسية.
لو الريحة مش مطابقة للمواصفات الأصلية تقدر تطلب استرجاع مجاني بدون أي رسوم شحن بشرط إن الزجاجة الأساسية تفضل مقفولة بالكامل بتغليف المصنع.
لازم تقديم طلب الاسترجاع الخاص بعدم التطابق خلال مدة أقصاها ٤٨ ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام المسجل لدى شركة الشحن.
مهم: لو اتفتح الغلاف البلاستيكي للعبوة الأصلية، حق الاسترجاع ضمن البند ده بيسقط.

MISYU offers a 100% match guarantee. With every bottle, you receive a separate external Tester to try at home before opening the main bottle.
If the scent doesn’t match the original specifications, you can request a free return with no shipping fees, provided the main bottle remains fully sealed in factory packaging (bubbles).
Mismatch return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date recorded by the shipping company.
Important: If the original package is opened, the return right under this clause is void.
What is the return & exchange policy?

- عدم التطابق: استرجاع مجاني بدون رسوم شحن، بشرط العبوة الأساسية تفضل مقفولة بتغليف المصنع + تقديم الطلب خلال ٤٨ ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام المسجل لدى شركة الشحن.
- عيوب فنية أو تلف: إحنا مسؤولين عن أي عيب تصنيع مثل تسريب / كسر / عطل في البخاخ. افحص المنتج فور الاستلام، وصوّر أي تلف، وبلّغنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام — وسيتم الاستبدال بمنتج جديد دون أي تكلفة إضافية.
- استبدال عام (تغيير رأي): تقدر تستبدل المنتج بعطر آخر خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء بشرط المنتج يكون بحالته الأصلية، مغلف بالكامل ولم يتم فتحه — وفي الحالة دي العميل يتحمل رسوم الشحن فقط.
- وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك: لا يجوز إرجاع أو استبدال أي عطر تم فتحه أو استخدامه نهائيًا، ويُستثنى من ذلك فقط حالات عيوب الصناعة المثبتة خلال المدة المحددة بالسياسة.
ملاحظة واضحة: الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بيتم فقط في الحالات المذكورة وبنفس الشروط؛ غير كده مش بيكون فيه استرجاع أو استبدال

- Defects/Damage: We are responsible for manufacturing issues such as leakage / breakage / sprayer malfunction. Inspect upon delivery, take photos, and report within 24 hours of delivery — we replace it with a new product at no extra cost.
- General exchange (change of mind): Exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, in original condition, and fully sealed — customer covers shipping fees only.
- Consumer protection law: Any perfume that is opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, except for proven manufacturing defects within the specified timeframe.

Returns/exchanges apply only under the stated cases and conditions; otherwise, no return/exchange applies.
What is the shipping policy?

إحنا بنشحن لكل مكان داخل مصر. مدة التوصيل عادةً من ٢ إلى ٥ أيام عمل حسب المحافظة.
عند الاستلام: المندوب بيسلّم الأوردر فقط، وممنوع فتح المنتج وقت التسليم.
ولو فيه كسر أو تلف ظاهر في العبوة أو التغليف، لازم تبلغنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام مع صور واضحة.

We deliver anywhere in Egypt. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the governorate.
On delivery: the courier hands over the order only, and the product must not be opened at the time of delivery.
If there is visible breakage/damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
How much does shipping cost?
سعر الشحن بيختلف حسب المحافظة أو المنطقة، وبيظهر لك بشكل واضح وقت إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع.
قالب أسعار تملأه بالتسعيرة الفعلية:
- القاهرة والجيزة: 75 جنيه
- الإسكندرية: 80 جنيه
- الدلتا والوجه البحري: 90 - 95 جنيه
- الصعيد والوجه القبلي: 115 جنيه
- المحافظات الحدودية: 170 جنيه
