If the scent doesn’t match the original specifications, you can request a free return with no shipping fees, provided the main bottle remains fully sealed in factory packaging (bubbles).

Mismatch return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date recorded by the shipping company.

Important: If the original package is opened, the return right under this clause is void.
